基于轴向振型差变化率的风轮叶片结构损伤识别方法研究

STRUCTURE DAMAGE IDENTIFICATION RESEARCH OF WIND TURBINE BLADE BASED ON THE AXIAL MODE SHAPE DIFFERENCE

摘要: 空间结构的损伤识别是一个相对复杂的过程,需要考虑结构的空间三维振动情况。由于叶片具有复杂的空间结构,为有效判别其结构损伤,定义了新的损伤指标——轴向振型差变化率。应用ANSYS建立了叶片结构无损伤和有损伤的模型,计算了叶片不同损伤情况下该损伤指标的变化规律,并将该方法运用到实验叶片模型中。实验结果表明:轴向振型差变化率可以有效识别损伤,为探索通过轴向振型差变化率识别风力机叶片的结构损伤提供了一种可行的方法。

Abstract: Space structure damage identification is a relatively complex process, it has to consider three dimensional vibrations of the structure. In order to identify the structure damage of wind turbine blade, a new standard which is named the axial mode shape difference is put forward for the complex space structure of wind turbine blade. The wind turbine blade structure models of no damage and damage is established by ANSYS, and the influence disciplines of axial mode shape difference is researched under the different of wind turbine blade damage, the method is applied to recognize the damage location of wind turbine blade model. The result shows that the axial mode shape difference can identify damage location, a feasible method is put forward to identify the wind turbine blade structural damage by axial mode shape difference.
