轴压PVC-FRP管混凝土柱破坏机理研究

STUDY ON FAILURE MECHANISM OF PVC-FRP CONFINED CONCRETE COLUMN SUBJECTED TO AXIAL COMPRESSION

摘要: 通过12根轴心受压PVC-FRP管混凝土柱试验,分析PVC-FRP管混凝土柱的破坏形态与破坏机理,将荷载作用下PVC-FRP管混凝土柱受力过程分为三个阶段:弹性阶段、弹塑性阶段以及强化阶段。根据PVC-FRP管混凝土柱中核心混凝土、PVC管和CFRP条带三种材料的受力特点,将核心混凝土受力过程分为混凝土开裂前、混凝土开裂后和内力重分布三个阶段;将PVC管分为弹性阶段和弹塑性阶段;CFRP条带一直处于弹性阶段。在试验研究基础上,分别给出PVC管、核心混凝土、CFRP条带的应力路径。根据极限平衡条件,提出PVC-FRP管混凝土柱承载力简化计算方法。

Abstract: According to the experimental study on 12 PVC-FRP confined concrete columns subjected to axial compression, the failure mode and failure mechanism of PVC-FRP confined concrete column are analyzed. The loading process of PVC-FRP confined concrete column may be divided into three sections: the elastic, the elastic-plastic and strengthening stage. Based on the material characteristics of PVC tube, core concrete and CFRP strips, the confining procedure of core concrete may be divided into three stages: preceding the crack of concrete, after the crack of concrete and the internal force redistribution. PVC tube includes the elastic and elastic-plastic stage; the stress and strain of CFRP strips are in increasing condition; the stress paths of PVC tube, core concrete and CFRP strips are presented on the basis of experimental study. The simplified calculating method of bearing capacity of PVC-FRP confined concrete column is also proposed by the condition of limit equilibrium.
