数值模拟在叶根灌注工艺中的应用

摘要: 本文对风电叶片叶根真空导入进行了数值模拟,得出不同的管路布置下相应的树脂流动形态,与叶根真空导入实验结果进行了比较,结果表明,数值模拟结果与叶片叶根真空导入过程吻合,数值模拟可以很好地预测叶片灌注过程中出现的风险。提出及时的预防方案,避免在真空导入过程中出现未灌透的缺陷,减少经济损失。

Abstract: Using PAM-RTM software numerical simulation for wind turbine blade root vacuum resin infusion process, it is concluded that the different piping layout of the corresponding resin flow form, through a lot of vane vacuum import production simulation results are verified, the verification results show that the VARI simulation result in accordance with wind turbine blade root manufacture. Numerical simulation can well predict blade manufacture risk, timely put forward preventive solution, to avoid blade defects and reduce economic loss.
