国产碳纤维微晶结构与缺陷结构研究

摘要: 利用X射线衍射(XRD)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)及能谱仪(EDS)对比研究了市售某国产碳纤维与日本东丽T300碳纤维的微晶结构与缺陷结构。结果发现,国产碳纤维的晶面层间距d002、微晶堆叠厚度Lc及微晶宽度La等参数与T300相当;但国产碳纤维晶区取向度π%更高,国产碳纤维中存在明显的洋葱结构,微晶条纹间的平行性与T300相比较差,国产碳纤维中存在Ca、Si、S等杂质元素。

Abstract: The micro-crystallization structure and defect structure of domestic commodity carbon fiber and TORAY T300 carbon fiber were studied by XRD, HRTEM, and EDS. The results showed that the distance between graphite sheets (d002), micro-crystallization piled thickness (Lc) and width (La) of domestic carbon fiber were same as T300 carbon fiber. And the orientation of crystalline of domestic fiber was higher than T300, but the depth of parallelism of domestic carbon fiber was smaller than T300. There was onion structure and some impurities elements in domestic carbon fiber, such as Ca, Si, and S.
