大型风力机叶片全尺寸静力测试分析

摘要: 本文以1.5MW风力机叶片为例,运用有限元软件进行风力机叶片静力测试模拟,提供静力测试数据的理论值。通过叶片静力测试采集数据,并按照规范的要求将测试数据与理论设计值进行对比分析,有效验证了设计与工艺结合的可靠性,通过了认证机构的认证。

Abstract: One rotor blade of 1.5MW wind turbine is simulated by finite analysis program in static test condition, to obtain theoretical values of test. Test data collected from the static test of blade are analyzed and compared with theoretical values in compliance with guidelines to get approved by certification agency. Reliability of processing combining with design is verified effectively by a type certificate.
