有机硅环氧复合改性聚氨酯防腐涂料的制备与性能研究

摘要: 通过正交实验设计分析,将有机硅、环氧树脂及相关助剂与聚氨酯预聚体进行复合搭配,制备出一种新型有机硅环氧复合改性聚氨酯防腐涂料,确定了该涂料的最佳配方。采用傅里叶转换红外光谱与扫描电镜对涂料化学结构和形貌进行了分析,采用热重分析对涂料热性能进行了表征,按照相应国家标准对涂料进行了冲击强度、拉伸强度、吸水率和耐酸碱盐腐蚀等一系列测试,结果证明该涂料各项性能优异,能够实现对材料的有效防腐。

Abstract: According to the orthogonal experimental design and analysis, certain amount of organic silicone, epoxy resin and related additive agents were combined with the self-made polyurethane pre-polymer, one new kind of organic silicon-epoxy resin modified polyurethane anti-corrosion coating was prepared. The basic formula of the coating was finally determined. The chemical structure and morphology of the coating were analyzed by FTIR and SEM respectively, the thermal behavior of the coating was characterized by thermo-gravimetric analysis, while a series of tests like the impact strength test, tensile strength test, water absorption test, and the acid and alkali resistance test and salt corrosion resistance test were also carried out according to the corresponding government standards. The results showed this new coating proving outstanding behaviors, may realize effective anti-corrosion performance for materials.
