海洋环境用聚合物材料透声性能研究

摘要: 本文研究了海洋环境中微生物附着和海水老化对CFRP、GFRP和聚氨酯等聚合物材料透声性能的影响。研究发现,微生物附着导致三种材料的透声性能严重下降,涂漆可以改善微生物附着情况;海水老化所导致的GFRP和CFRP透声系数下降都在5.2﹪以内,经海水老化后,GFRP的透声性能与CFRP相比较好。

Abstract: The article describes the experiment of sound transmission property of CFRP, GFRP and polyurethane panels, the result shows that the adhered microorganism affects the sound transmission property a lot, the painted one is better than the unpainted one. The transmission coefficient decrease caused by marine ageing is less than 5.2%. GFRP panels show better sound transmission performance.
