受轴压复合材料壳体与前裙连接结构的预应力有限元分析

摘要: 针对复合材料壳体与前裙连接结构预应力的有限元分析,在复合材料壳体受轴压影响时,通过建立实体模型并划分网格得到有限元计算模型,比较三种不同过配结构的预应力强度比,最终得到结论:锥形复合材料壳体前裙连接部分在选择仅有根部存在过配应力时,其预应力强度比最低,从而连接结构最为可靠。

Abstract: FEA to prestressed connection structure between composite material shell and front skirt. Through the establishment of physical model to composite material shell under axial compression,then mesh for FEA calculation model, the paper compared the prestressing force intensity ratios of three different interference fit connection structures, and came to a conclusion that to exert a interference fit prestressing force only upon the root of the connection structure between concial composite material shell and front skirt,it has the minimal prestressing force intensity ratio,which connection structure is the most reliable.
