摘要: 本文分析了影响已固化环氧乙烯基酯树脂耐碱性的诸因素。实验结果证实,不仅树脂分子中酯基密度及其相邻基团的空间保护作用是影响耐碱性的主要因素,分子网络结构的交联密度和亲水性也对树脂耐碱性起重要作用。树脂分子的微观结构和已固化树脂(俗称浇铸体)的宏观性能之间的关系是本文的核心。

Abstract: This paper analyzes different factors which may affect the alkali resistance of fully cured epoxy vinyl ester resins. The testing result shows that not only the density of ester group and the space protection function of its adjacent groups are the major factors of the alkali resistance, but also the crosslinking density and hygroscopicity of the molecular network structure play an important part for the alkali resistance.
