摘要: 孔加工成为复合材料制品合格率的重要因素之一,机械加工是目前复合材料孔加工的主要手段。本文将重点分析复合材料制品孔成型设计过程中需要考虑的因素:结构、结构质量和原材料以及加工工艺的选择,并对影响复合材料制孔质量的因素进行探讨,主要有工装、刀具、人为因素及维护。

Abstract: Hole machining processing is the main method of composite hole forming, which is one of the most important factors in the passing rate of the composite products. This paper focuses on the design of hole in composite materials, there are many factors need to be considered: composite structure, structure quality and raw materials, and the choice of the process. Then the influencing factors of composite hole quality also be discussed, which include tooling, cutting tools, human factors and maintenance.
