碳纤维复合材料引擎盖刚度的有限元分析

摘要: 本文采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立了碳纤维复合材料引擎盖模型,在弯曲、侧向弯曲和扭转三种工况下,将引擎盖弯曲刚度、侧向弯曲刚度、扭转刚度的计算结果与实验进行比较,验证了有限元模型的有效性。利用模型分析了铺层方式对引擎盖刚度的影响,发现[±45°] 铺层能得到最佳的刚度。将正交实验设计和有限元分析相结合,分析了复合材料单层板四个工程常数E1、E2、ν12和G12对引擎盖刚度的影响,发现面内剪切模量G12是影响引擎盖刚度的主要因素,泊松比ν12 对引擎盖刚度没有显著规律。

Abstract: Finite element model (FEM) of composite engine hood with carbon fiber was established. The bending stiffness, side bending stiffness and torsion stiffness of the hood were simulated under the conditions of the bending, side bending and torsion. The results from simulation and tests were compared to verify the validation of the FEM hood model. The influence of the composite lay-up on the stiffness of hood has been investigated, it is shown that the stack sequence[±45°] will lead to better stiffness. Orthogonal experiment and the finite element analysis have been combined in this paper, the role of the four engineering constants of laninar (E1、E2、ν12 、G) to the stiffness of hood have also been investigated. It has shown that in-plane shear modulus G12 has large effect on the stiffness of the hood, while the poisson's ratio ν12 has little influcence on the stiffness of the hood.
