VARI用环氧树脂体系制备及性能研究

摘要: 通过对环氧树脂CYD128进行改性和添加活性稀释剂、自制胺类固化剂的方法,制备出VARI用环氧树脂体系并对其性能进行了研究。研究结果表明,该树脂体系28℃时粘度为0.285Pa·s,适用期2h,浇铸体及复合材料力学性能优异,可满足VARI成型工艺要求。

Abstract: Epoxy resin system for VARI was prepared by mixing modified CYD128 ,modified amine and active diluents. And the properties were studied. The results showed the epoxy resin system had lower viscosity(0.285Pa·s ), long pot life (2h,1pa·s ) at 28℃, good mechanical properties ,and can meet the requirements for VARI.
