摘要: 模具在复合材料产品的成型中起着关键作用。本文针对一典型形状的筒状体复合材料产品进行了研究,并设计了一种金属和树脂两种材料制作的复合模具,与常规的全金属材料设计的分瓣模具作比较。结果表明,此复合模具结构简单,制作成本低,为复合材料模具设计工作者提供一种设计思路。

Abstract: The mould plays a key role in the composite product modeling. In this paper, a cylindrical body composite products for a typical shapes were studied, and designed a composite mold making for metal and resin two kinds of material, which was simple structure, low production cost , in compare with the split mold designed by the metal material, which provides a design ideal for composite mold design workers.
