基于UG二次开发的三维正交机织物模型构建

摘要: 为了快速准确地构建整体正交机织物的结构,本文针对传统方法难以清楚地表达正交机织物的交织结构这一问题,在分析整体正交组织结构特征的基础上,提出采用织物层数(经纱层数+纬纱层数)、经纱列数、纬纱列数、接结纱根数以及接结的方式等五个参数来表征整体正交组织;设定了理想正交组织中经纱、纬纱和接结纱的形态,采用巨元体法建立了纱线截面尺寸的计算方法;利用UG/Open GRIP提供的开发环境建立纱线的模型,并编制程序构建整体正交机织物的立体结构,实现了通过输入必要的参数即可完成对整体正交组织进行快速准确建模的功能;所建模型不仅能清楚表征织物的结构,还可以计算织物纤维体积含量和织物厚度等参数。

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to quickly and accurately establish the overall orthogonal organization model and easy to expression orthogonal woven fabric interwoven structure. On the basis of analysis of the overall orthogonal structure features, five parameters such as fabric layers (warp layers+weft layers), the number of warp columns and weft columns, the number of stitching yarn and the way of stitching are proposed to represent the overall orthogonal organization. Assuming the form of warp, weft and stitching yarns in ideal orthogonal organization, using the giant element body, the yarn cross-sectional dimension calculation was established. The model of the yarn and the orthogonal organization cad design program is written in the development environment provided by UG/Open GRIP. The overall orthogonal organization model can be quickly and accurately established by entering the necessary parameters. The model is not only able to clearly characterize the structure of the fabric, but also to calculate fabric fibers volume content and the thickness of the fabric.
