摘要: 自动铺丝是一种重要的复合材料自动化成型工艺,而张力是影响自动铺丝制品质量的重要工艺参数。本文提出了一种以DSP为控制系统核心,以空压制动器以及气缸作为执行元件,以直线位移传感器作为反馈元件的新型张力控制系统,建立了张力控制的数学模型,搭建了软硬件实验平台。基于该平台,分别开展了恒张力、张力阶跃和速度阶跃的实验研究。实验结果表明,所设计的张力控制系统响应快,张力动态波动率小,可以满足自动铺丝张力控制的要求。

Abstract: Automated fiber placement is an important composite fabrication process, in which fiber tension is an important process parameter to affect the quality of the products. This paper develops a closed-loop tension control system which uses DSP as the control unit, tension brake and low-friction cylinder as the execution unit, linear displacement transducer as the feedback unit. The mathematical model is established, while the hardware and software platform of the tension control system is set up. Works on constant tension, tension step response and speed step response were carried out based on the proposed platform. Experimental results show that the proposed tension control system responses fast and the tension fluctuation rate is low, which could satisfy the requirements of the tension control for fiber placement.
