环氧树脂团状模塑料制备及其性能研究

摘要: 通过将纤维、填料加入到双酚A和双酚F共混体系中,制备出一种环氧树脂团状模塑料,并对其固化工艺及力学性能进行了研究,讨论了不同树脂混合配比及填料种类对团状模塑料拉伸性能的影响。研究结果表明,当双酚A/双酚F质量混合比为1∶1,填料为二氧化硅时,团状模塑料性能最优。

Abstract: Epoxy resin-based BMC was prepared by mixing glass fiber, fillers, bisphenol A and bisphenol F blends. The curing process and mechanical properties were studied. The influence of different mass ratio of bisphenol A/bisphenol F resin and fillers types on tensile properties were discussed. The results show that when the mass ratio of bisphenol A/bisphenol F is 1∶1, and SiO2 filler, epoxy resin-based BMC had the best properties.
