热熔预浸料预浸工艺研究

摘要: 采用幅宽300mm热熔预浸机,对碳纤维/环氧树脂热熔预浸料制作过程中预浸温度、平压辊间隙、预浸速度等影响预浸料质量的主要工艺参数进行研究。对含浸过程中出现的问题进行了分析,得到适合该设备型号制作碳纤维/环氧树脂热熔预浸料的工艺参数优化值:预浸温度控制为100~105℃,预浸速度控制为4~5m/min,间隙为380~400μm之间,冷却板温度控制在16℃左右,收卷张力控制为300N/m。

Abstract: The processing parameters of impregating temperature,clearance of roller,velocity in manufaturing hot-melt prepreg of carbon fiber/epoxy have been studied with hot-melt prepreg machine of 300mm width. Several problems in the preimpregating process were analyzed. And the optimum process parameters were obtained as follows:preimpregating temperature:100~105℃,preimpregating velocity:4~5m/min,interval of pressure roller:380~400μm,temperature of cooling plate:about 16℃,winding tension:300N/m.
