面向半豆荚杆的先进拉挤新方法研究

摘要: 以复合材料豆荚杆的制造需求为背景,分析现有先进拉挤(ADP)方法制造半豆荚存在的不足,提出了“动模先进拉挤(MMADP)”方法、以改善半豆荚直线度,设计研制了新型半豆荚动模拉挤系统,并进行了半豆荚拉挤试验,直线度由过去的3mm/m提高到0.5mm/m。

Abstract: To improve the straightness of the composite lenticular tube, a solution of "Moving Mold Avanced Pultrusion (MMADP)" was proposed with analyzing shortcomings of the advanced pultrusion technique in manufacturing the lenticular tube. A new advanced pultrusion system for lenticular tube was built up and the pultrusion test was conducted. The test results showed that the straightness of composite lenticular tube were improved from 3mm/m up to 0.5mm/m.
