复合材料杆塔技术和应用现状

摘要: 本文论述了玻璃钢/复合材料在输电线路杆塔中的应用及技术优势,介绍了当前国内外公司和研发机构对复合材料杆塔的研发情况,国内复合材料杆塔目前还处于开发和中试生产阶段,在应用上还处于挂线试用阶段。国内杆塔产品主要使用聚氨酯、环氧树脂,增强材料使用E玻璃纤维,通过缠绕工艺进行生产。复合材料杆塔的性能测试包括基本材料性能、电气性能、老化性能的测试以及真型试验。

Abstract: In this paper, FRP/Composites application to pole&tower of transmission line and its technical advantages are described. The current R&D of composite pole&tower in domestic and foreign companies and research institutes are presented. The domestic composite poles&towers are under development and pilot production phase, and some of its products have been used in transmission lines on trial. The domestic composite pole&tower products mainly employ the polyurethane and epoxy as their resin matrix and E-glass fiber as their reinforcement, with filament winding process for their production. Performance tests for composite pole&tower include basic material properties, electrical properties, aging performance tests and prototype model test.
