三维五向编织玻纤/碳纤环氧树脂混杂复合材料冲击性能和冲击后弯曲性能研究

INVESTIGATION ON IMPACT AND POST-IMPACT FLEXURAL PROPERTY OF 3D FIVE-DIRECTION BRAIDED CARBON/GLASS HYBRID EPOXY COMPOSITES

摘要: 该文研究了三维五向玻纤/碳纤编织混杂复合材料的冲击性能和冲击后弯曲性能,对试样分别进行了落锤冲击试验和三点弯曲试验。研究表明,通过落锤冲击试样发现,冲击后冲击面的损伤比背面的损伤低,冲击背面裂纹主要沿纵向扩展;通过弯曲性能测试得出碳纤维的加入使玻璃纤维复合材料的弯曲模量提高;当轴纱排布为CF∶GF∶CF时,混杂复合材料的抗冲击性能最好,材料的抗冲击性能与混杂方式有关。

Abstract: The impact property and residual flexural property of three-dimensional (3D) five-direction braided glass/carbon hybrid epoxy composites after impact was studied. In this work, the drop weight impact test and three point bending test were conducted. The results indicate that, after the drop weight impact test, the impact surface is less damaged than the back surface. In the back surface, the disperse of the cracks was mainly along the longitudinal direction, and the three point bending test shows that the flexural modulus of glass fiber composites is increased when mixed with carbon fibers. When the axial yarn arrangement were CF∶GF∶CF, the impact resistance of the hybrid composite is the best. The property of impact resistance is related to hybrid methods.
