摘要: 发动机缸盖罩漏油是影响汽车发动机性能和整车性能的重要问题之一。本文对缸盖罩渗油原理进行了研究,分析了其影响因素,对影响密封性能的缸盖罩变形形式、密封垫结构设计和硬度、螺栓预紧力等主要因素进行了系统分析,提出了防渗漏的解决办法。

Abstract: Oil leakage of engine cylinder head cover is one of the important problems that influences the engine performance and the overall vehicle performance. In this paper, the principle of cylinder head cover permeability was studied. And the influencing factors affecting the performance of the head cover sealing deformation forms, gaskets structural design and hardness, bolt preload and other major factors were analyzed systematically. Finally, the anti-leakage solutions were proposed.
