SiO2/SiO2陶瓷复合材料弯曲性能的研究

STUDY ON THE FLEXURAL STRENGTH OF SiO2/SiO2 CERAMIC COMPOSITES

摘要: 以2.5D石英纤维编织体、硅溶胶等为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶的方法制备了SiO2/SiO2复合材料。研究了热处理温度、钝化工艺对SiO2/SiO2复合材料的弯曲性能的影响,并研究了材料在RT~1000℃的弯曲性能及其影响因素。试验证明,当热处理温度为650℃时,材料力学性能最佳;试样经钝化工艺处理后,材料弯曲强度提高17%;SiO2/SiO2复合材料的高温弯曲性能在600~800℃出现拐点,拐点与熔融态的二氧化硅自愈合有关,800℃以后,材料的弯曲性能下降。

Abstract: 2.5D SiO2/SiO2composites were fabricated by sol-gel method using silica fiber and silica sol as the starting materials. The mechanical performance of the SiO2/SiO2 composites and the effect under different service temperature,passivation technics are studied. And the properties of SiO2/SiO2 composites and the effective factors are also studied. The results show that the composite achieves the best mechanical properties when the heat treatment temperature is 650℃. After the passivation technics,the flexural strength were increased by 17%. The results indicate that the SiO2/SiO2 composites had well heat-resistant. An inflexion point for high temperature bending property of SiO2/SiO2 composites is between 600~800℃,which is related to the self-union of molten condition SiO2. Whereas after 800℃, the bending property of SiO2/SiO2 composites decreased.
