玻璃纤维复合材料砂石冲击数值模拟与试验研究

STUDY ON DIGITAL SIMULATION AND TEST VERIFICATION FOR DEBRIS IMPACT ON GFRP COMPOSITE

摘要: 本文总结以往砂石撞击的文献资料,得到砂石撞击时的速度和能量等参数。进行了砂石撞击复合材料平板的试验,并且建立了玻璃纤维复合材料平板砂石撞击的LS-DYNA有限元计算模型,将砂石撞击试验的结果与LS-DYNA有限元仿真计算的结果进行对比,使计算中的复合材料行为与试验中的行为相同。通过对砂石模型的编程处理,使计算中砂石的行为与砂石在撞击中的行为相一致。通过这种方法,得到了采用LS-DYNA软件计算砂石撞击时复合材料平板及砂石的准确参数及相关接触参数。在今后砂石撞击雷达罩的计算中,将复合材料平板的模型替换为雷达罩模型,即可形成准确的雷达罩与砂石撞击的有限元模型,再采用LS-DYNA进行雷达罩与砂石撞击的计算,便可得到可靠的仿真计算结果。

Abstract: This paper summarized the literatures related to debris impact on aircraft structures to obtain the velocity and energy parameters required for radome structures to bear, conducted runway debris impact test on composite panels, and built LS-DYNA model to simulate the test. By tuning the parameters in the simulation model, the test result can be reflected in the model for the composite panel. And through the user programming, the behavior of debris can also be finely repeated in the computation model. In future, in the process of radome to runway debris impact computation, all other parameters can remain unchanged in the simulation model, only the composite panel model needs to be replaced. Thus, we can get a set of quick and reliable method to get the rational result from simulation results based on LS-DYNA models for runway debris impact.
