复合材料蜂窝夹层结构的局部脱粘缺陷修补评价

摘要: 对于复合材料蜂窝夹层结构中出现的局部脱粘缺陷(Z≤100mm),提出局部注射修补的方法,依托ANSYS商业有限元软件建立有限元模型,并结合试验考察局部注射修补方法对局部脱粘缺陷的修补效果。结果表明,对于局部脱粘缺陷,局部注射修补后压缩强度能达到原有的80%左右,建立的有限元模型能够较为准确地预测蜂窝夹层试样的压缩强度和破坏模式。

Abstract: A local-injecting repair is brought forward for debonding defects (Z≤100mm) in composite honeycomb sandwich structures. The repairing effect was studied based on the finite element model established based on ANSYS software and experiment. The results show that the compression strength can reach 80% of the original sample after local-injecting repair. Finite element model could estimate the compression strength and the failure mode of honeycomb sandwich plates exactly.
