芳纶Ⅲ纤维湿法缠绕工艺研究

STUDY ON WET PROCESS FORMULA FOR ARAMID Ⅲ FIBER'S

摘要: 在综合考虑力学性能、耐热性能、浸润性能以及工艺性能的基础上,研制了一种适用于芳纶Ⅲ纤维湿法缠绕的基体配方。实验结果表明,该配方35℃下的初始黏度低(430mPa·s),适用期长(≥8h),完全满足湿法缠绕要求。配方浇铸体拉伸强度、延伸率和弯曲强度分别为88.8MPa、3.23%和142.8MPa,马丁耐热温度为155.1℃,玻璃化转变温度为171.5℃。用其制备的芳纶Ⅲ纤维复合材料NOL环层间剪切强度、拉伸强度和模量分别达51.3MPa、2102MPa和96.1GPa,Φ150mm容器的容器特性系数平均值和纤维强度转化率平均值分别为34.8km和68.9%,均可达到干法缠绕成型的芳纶Ⅲ/R04复合材料性能水平。

Abstract: A matrix formula suitable for the wet winding technology of aramid Ⅲ fiber was studied and developed based on the mechanical property, thermal performance, wettability and processing property. The experimental results show that the formula had a low initial viscosity (430mPa·s) at 35℃ and long pot life(≥8h), which met the requirements of wet winding. The tensile strength, specific elongation and bending strength of the formula were 88.8MPa, 3.23% and 142.8MPa. The Martin heat resistant temperature was 155.1℃, and the glass-transition temperature was 171.5℃. The interlaminar shear strength, tensile strength and modulus of the matrix formula/aramid Ⅲ fiber NOL ring were 51.3MPa, 2102MPa and 96.1GPa. The performance factor and the fiber strength conversion ratio of the Φ150mm vessel were 34.8km and 68.9%, respectively, which could reach the level of aramid Ⅲ/R04 composites by dry winding.
