不同环境条件下GFRP筋长期力学性能实验对比研究

摘要: 对GFRP筋在混凝土包裹、碱性溶液浸泡及自然环境紫外线辐射等不同环境条件下长期力学性能的发展变化情况进行了为期一年多的跟踪实验测试,一方面研究GFRP筋在长期混凝土包裹条件下实际的性能发展规律,另一方面检验以往GFRP筋加速老化实验的可靠性。已有测试结果表明,经历一年多的混凝土包裹及室外环境曝露后,GFRP筋抗拉强度长期衰退幅度不大,而碱液长期浸泡一年后GFRP筋抗拉强度衰退约20%。

Abstract: An around one-year experimental test of long-term mechanical behaviour of GFRP bars in different environments was carried out, including concrete environment, alkaline solution and natural UV radiation, respectively. This study is designed to verify the reliability of usual accelerated aging tests on GFRP bars and simulation of the actual time-dependent property of GFRP bars embedded in concrete. The experimental results showed that the degeneration in the mechanical property of the GFRP bars packaged in concrete and exposed to the natural environments was not so significant, while the property of the GFRP bars storing in the alkaline solution was degenerated by around 20%.
