摘要: 要用好材料,首先要认识材料。复合材料具有与常规传统材料完全不同的材料特征,本质上是结构物,具有独特的优势和特殊的薄弱环节。为此,复合材料结构设计需要完全不同的设计理念:整合设计是有效利用复合材料综合优势的最佳途径,要设计好材料,用好增强纤维,还要处理好特殊的薄弱环节。用好纤维,关键是正确设计细观纤维结构,基础是要了解和掌握复合材料力学性能机理。

Abstract: Composite materials have a different character compare with conventional materials and essentially should be consider as structures. A design process, most efficiently using such materials, is a process which capable of producing highly integrated structures. In which, one of the most impotent elements is the design of the fiber reinforcement micro-structure based on the understanding of micro-mechanics of composite materials.
