空心微珠/HDPE复合材料力学性能的研究

摘要: 对空心微珠进行表面改性处理,通过熔融共混挤出的方法,制备不同配比的空心微珠/高密度聚乙烯复合材料。研究了空心微珠/高密度聚乙烯复合材料的抗拉强度、弹性模量及断裂延伸率与空心微珠质量分数间的关系。结果表明,计算值与实测值较为吻合,即抗拉强度随空心微珠的增加略有下降,而弹性模量却随空心微珠的增加而增加。当空心微珠的质量分数为15%时,断裂延伸率达到最大值。

Abstract: Hollow microsphere surface was modified and hollow microspheres/high-density polyethylene composite material with different proportion were prepared by extrusion. This paper systematically studies the relationship of tensile strength, elastic modulus and elongation at break of hollow microspheres/high density PE (HDPE) composite material with content (wt%) of hollow microspheres. It has been revealed that the calculated out-come is in accordance with the actual measured value. The tensile strength is slightly decreased with raising content of hollow microspheres, while the elastic modulus is increased with raising content of hollow microspheres. When the content (wt%) of hollow microspheres was 15%,the elongation at break reached the maximum.
