聚酰亚胺/二氧化钛复合薄膜的制备及性能研究

摘要: 以联苯四甲酸二酐(BPDA)与4,4'-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)为单体,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为溶剂,制备出高粘度的聚酰胺酸溶液,然后将钛酸丁酯-乙酰丙酮溶液逐滴滴加均匀分散至聚酰胺酸溶液中,将PAA在玻璃板上涂膜经过高温亚胺化处理,最后制备PI/TiO2复合薄膜。利用扫描电镜、傅里叶红外光谱对复合薄膜的化学结构进行表征;通过拉伸试验对复合薄膜的力学性能进行研究;采用热失重(TG)测试,对复合薄膜的热学性能进行表征。最终结果表明,所制备的复合薄膜中存在纳米TiO2的空间网络结构,并且纳米TiO2在薄膜中均匀分布,在TiO2含量为2%左右时,复合薄膜的综合性能最优。

Abstract: Polyimide/TiO2 composite films were prepared via sol-gel reaction using tetrabutyl titanate (TBT) as the inorganic precursor and incorporating it into poly (amic acid) (PAA) derived from 3,3',4,4'-biphenyl tetracarboxylic diandhydride (BPDA)and 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether (ODA) in N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc). The chemical structure and compatibility of the hybrid film were characterized by FFIR and SEM, respectively. The effect of TiO2 content on mechanical property and thermal behavior of hybrid film was studied. The results indicated that the nano TiO2 particles dispersed uniformly in polyimide matrix. And the comprehensive properties were optimal when the content of TiO2 is about 2wt.%.
