C/G混杂复合材料层合板中分散程度的表征方法研究

摘要: 对C/G混杂复合材料层合板进行了分类,对层间混杂方式分散度的定量和定性表征方法做了总结和分析。提出了一种同时适用于表征层间和单向层内混杂复合材料层合板分散程度的表征方法。既解决了单纯以混杂比描述混杂复合材料各增强组分与力学性能关系的不足,又可以同时适用于层间和单向层内混杂复合材料分散程度的表征。

Abstract: In this paper, the C/G hybrid composite laminated boards are classified. The quantitative and qualitative representation methods of interlayer mixing dispersion are summarized and analyzed. A method that applies to the characterization of both interlayer composite and unidirectional inner ply composite is presented. The shortage of only using hybrid ratio to describe the relationship between the enhanced components and mechanical property of hybrid composite is solved. And it can be applied to the characterization of both interlayer composite and unidirectional inner ply composite.
