高性能热塑性复合材料平板的厚度控制方法研究

RESEARCH ON THICKNESS CONTROL METHODS FOR HIGH-PERFORMANCE THERMOPLASTIC PLATE

摘要: 模压工艺作为一种非热压罐成型工艺,具有设备能耗低、加工周期短、工艺窗口易控制、产品尺寸精度高等优点,是高性能热塑性复合材料低成本成型工艺未来的发展方向。根据模压工艺的基本流程,从模具设计、预浸料铺放和工艺窗口优化等方面研究了热塑性平板厚度的控制方法。考虑上述几方面因素,制造了CF/PPS平板,并利用测量工具对热塑性平板的厚度均匀性进行了检测。结果表明,制造的CF/PPS平板厚度均匀性控制在±5.7%以内,尺寸精度较高。研究成果将为热塑性平板的设计与制造提供技术支撑,也为模压工艺在高性能热塑性复合材料上的应用奠定基础。

Abstract: As a kind of out-of-autoclave process, moulding process which has advantages of low energy consumption, short process cycle, fine process window and high dimensional accuracy,is the development trend of low-cost process for high-performance thermoplastic composite. Mould design, prepreg laying and process window optimizion are studied in order to obtain thickness control methods for thermoplastic plate. Considering above factors, CF/PPS plate is manufactured and thickness of the plate are tested by special measuring tool. It is shown that dimensional accuracy of CF/PPS plate is fine and thickness uniformity is controlled within ±5.7%. This result will provide technical support for design and manufacturing of thermoplastic plate, and lay the foundation for moulding process application on high-performance thermoplastic product.
