摘要: 分析了环氧树脂快速固化的三种不同机理,分别进行了以固化时间、拉伸强度、硬度和韧度为目标的固化对比实验,在测量数据的基础上着眼无人机野战环境下的机体抢修,利用层次分析法进行了方案的优选,最终确定出紫外光固化为较理想的方案,均衡地达到了抢修要求的各项指标。

Abstract: Three different mechanisms of epoxy resin fast curing were analyzed. Curing experiments were carried out to comparat curing time, tensile strength, hardness and toughness. Based on the measured data and focusing on field environment UAV the body repairs, and by using AHP preferred embodiment, the UV curing is ultimately to achieve even repair requirements.
