复合材料挖补修理技术研究现状与发展趋势

摘要: 复合材料在航空器上的大量应用导致了对高效可靠的复合材料结构维修技术的迫切需求。针对挖补修理这一先进的复合材料结构修理技术,首先给出了复合材料挖补修理技术体系;分析总结了挖补修理各个关键技术环节的研究现状;最后对挖补修理技术存在的问题及未来的发展方向进行了展望。复合材料挖补修理技术将为设计、制造、运营等航空器全生命周期的各阶段提供技术支持,可有效提高航空器的安全性和降低成本。

Abstract: The rapid increasing in the usage of composite materials in modern aircraft leads to an immediate and active demand on composite structure repair technologies with high efficiency and reliability. Scarf repair of composite material has been proved to be an important and advanced repairing technology. Firstly, the architecture of scarf repair was introduced. Then, the detail surveys on key technologies of scarf repair were summarized. Finally, some challenges and the future directions were presented. The scarf repair provided support for design, manufacturing, operation in aircraft lifecycle. It also improved safety and reduced cost of aircraft.
