大型复合材料构件热压罐成型温度分析与均匀性改善研究

摘要: 利用Fluent流体分析软件,对航空复合材料构件热压罐成型工艺的温度场和流场特性进行了模拟分析,并通过在框架式模具通风孔处安装风扇的方法来增强热空气对流,改善热压罐内流场和模具温度场的均匀性。计算结果表明,合理地布置风扇在模具通风孔中的位置和控制风速,可以调整框架式模具内部区域流场分布,使模具表面的温度场更均匀,对于改善大型复合材料构件固化均匀性具有重要意义。

Abstract: The temperature field and flow distribution characteristics of the aero composite components in autoclave process, which based on the Fluent fluid analysis software, have been given in this paper. This work gives a method of fan installed on the frame type mold ventilation hole to enhance the thermal convection of air, and improve the uniformity of temperature field and flow distribution. The results show that, the flow field behind of frame type mold surface is complex, which has a flow vortex. Besides, the contact surface of composite has low temperature. However, the reasonable arrangement of fan position and control velocity can change the flow field inside the autoclave, make temperature uniformity of mold surface, and it is important to improve the curing temperature distribution uniformity of composite structure.
