基于计算机实验设计方法的复合材料开孔封头优化设计

摘要: 对某φ1m碳纤维壳体开孔前封头建立了三维参数化模型。以计算机实验设计方法为基础,构建代理模型及目标驱动优化设计,选取8个封头外表面的坐标值作为设计变量。同时,以开孔前封头质量及孔边顺纤维方向最大Mises等效应变为目标函数,对封头外型面进行了优化设计。计算结果表明,优化后的前封头结构形式协调,开孔周边区域应变分布合理,同原结构相比减重1.85%。

Abstract: Numerical was used to analyze the foe dome with holes of filament winding composite case. Based on the CDOE, 8 cordorinte value of the fore dome were defined as design point by establishing surrogate model and GDO. Meanwhile, target function was introduced which contained weight of the foe dome with holes and Mises-strain along the fiber located in the pitch circle of the hole edge for optimization design.The results reveal that the structure of the foe dome was correspond,and strain distribution located in the pitch circle was reasonable,the weight of structure was decreasd by 1.85%.
