酚醛树脂基预浸料挥发物含量分析条件探讨

CONDITIONS ON VOLATILE CONTENT ANALYSIS OF PHENOLIC-BASED PREPREG

摘要: 为了得到分析酚醛树脂基预浸料挥发物含量的最佳条件,对酚醛树脂基预浸料的生产工艺、组成成分和固化机理进行分析,设计了在80℃、90℃和100℃试验温度下的一系列保温时间的对比实验,确定了精确分析酚醛树脂基预浸料挥发物含量的分析条件。以此为前提,进一步探讨得到了在酚醛树脂可发生部分固化反应的较高温度条件下快速分析酚醛树脂基预浸料挥发物含量的最佳条件。其中精确分析酚醛树脂基预浸料挥发物含量的条件为:试验温度80℃,保温时间80min;快速分析条件为:试验温度110℃,保温时间15min。并得出了酚醛树脂基预浸料挥发物含量的测试条件与基材的品种无关的结论。

Abstract: In order to get the best conditions on volatile content analysis of phenolic-based prepreg, production technology, composition and curing mechanism have been analyzed and we designed a series of contrast test of phenolic-based prepreg at 80℃, 90℃ and 100℃ at a series of different holding time. The condition on accurate analysis for phenolic-based prepreg was determined. In this context,we did further research and found out the best condition on rapid analysis at a higher temperature, where part of the curing reaction could happen.The condition on accurate analysis for phenolic-based prepreg is: the condition of temperature for testing volatiles content is 80 ℃, holding time is 80 min. The condition on rapid analysis is: the condition of temperature for testing volatiles content is 110℃, holding time is 15 min. And it is concluded that the phenolic-based of prepreg volatile content test condition does not relate with the varieties of the substrate.
