盐溶液干湿循环下GFRP管约束混凝土柱耐久性试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE DURABILITY OF GFRP PIPE CONCRETE COLUMNS UNDER WET AND DRY CYCLES IN SALT SOLUTION

摘要: 对11根短柱,包括6根素混凝土圆柱和5根GFRP管约束混凝土柱,在盐溶液干湿循环作用下的轴心受压性能进行了试验研究。测试了盐溶液干湿环境下素混凝土圆柱和GFRP管混凝土柱轴压作用下的极限承载力和变形性能,研究了盐溶液干湿循环次数的影响,试验结果表明盐溶液干湿循环对素混凝土柱和GFRP管混凝土柱的强度以及延性都有影响,且随着干湿循环作用次数的增加,GFRP管对混凝土柱的约束作用有一定程度的降低。

Abstract: Eleven columns consisting of six plain concrete and five GFRP pipe concrete columns are tested in the paper under axial compression load in the salt solution of different wet-dry cycles environment. The experiment is focused on the analyses of ultimate strengths and strains of the specimens. It is to analyze the effects on the plain concrete columns and the GFRP pipe concrete columns under the salt solution environment and different wet-dry circles, respectively. The experimental results show that, whether at room temperature or in the salt solution corrosive environments, the strength, stiffness and ductility of GFRP pipe concrete columns have different degrees of increase relative to those of in plain concrete columns. With the increase of wet-dry cycles in the salt solution, the clamping band effect of GFRP pipe to the core concrete, which helps increasing the strength, stiffness and ductility of the GFRP pipe concrete columns, have a certain degree of reduction as compared to those at room temperature.
