摘要: 复合材料抱杆是一种新型的架空输电线路杆塔组立施工的起重吊装工具,主要采用碳纤维复合材料制作而成,分为单体式与格构式两种结构,总质量仅为同等起重能力铝合金抱杆质量的50%~80%,最大应力低于200MPa,最大变形量低于55mm,可满足悬崖、陡坎等传统抱杆无法使用的塔位的组塔要求,大大降低运输成本,减轻组塔施工人员劳动强度,有效提高组塔施工效率。

Abstract: FRP holding pole is a new kind of overhead transmission line tower lifting tool. This holding pole is mainly produced by carbon fiber composite materials. There are two kind of structure, including round type and lattice type FRP holding pole, which compared with aluminum alloy holding pole reduces weight by 50%~80%. The maximum stress is less than 200MPa, and the maximum deformation is less than 55mm. The FRP holding pole can be applied to the cliff, scarp and other dangerous terrains, reducing the labor intensity of woker, enhancing the efficiency of construction.
