复合材料空调底盘的试制及性能研究

摘要: 目前的空调底盘均采用的是镀锌金属板,具有易腐蚀生锈及噪音大的缺点。针对这一问题,提出使用复合材料取代镀锌金属板制作空调底盘,分别使用玻璃纤维增强酚醛树脂及玻璃纤维增强不饱和聚酯进行了样品的试制,并进行了各项性能的测试,证明该方案满足使用要求。其中酚醛树脂增强玻璃纤维试样弯曲强度达到302.19MPa,弯曲模量达到25.53GPa,拉伸强度达到102.95MPa,并且制品均通过了载荷测试。

Abstract: Nowadays, most of underpan of air condition is made of galvanized steel sheet, which has the disadvantages of corrosive rust and big noise. To solve this problem, the idea of using composite material instead of galvanized steel sheet for the underpan of air condition was proposed in this paper. The sample was made of glass-fiber reinforced phenolic composites and fibre-glass reinforced polyester, respectively. The properties of samples were tested and the test results proved that this scheme is feasible. The bending strength, bending modulus and the tensile strength of the sample made of glass fiber reinforced phenolic reaches 302.19MPa, 25.53GPa and 102.95MPa, respectively. At last, the products also passed the load test.
