高性能纤维束展纤技术的发展现状

摘要: 介绍了展纤的定义以及展纤对高性能纤维纱线形态、纤维渗透特性、复合材料性能的影响;对纤维束展开宽度进行了理论计算,对比介绍了目前常用的热碾法、机械展纤法、超声波展纤、声波展纤法和气流喷射展纤法等5种展纤方法,并对5种展纤方法的设备与原理进行了详细的阐述,最后对高性能纤维展纤未来的发展进行了展望。

Abstract: This article introduces the definition of expanding fiber and the influence on the form of the high-performance fibers, fiber permeability and performance of composite, and calculates the width of expanding the fiber bundle and describes contrastly five kinds of common methods of expanding fiber at present, such as hot rolling, mechanical methods and ultrasonic wave. We explain the equipments and theories of these five expanding fiber methods and the prospect for expanding fiber.
