板翅式换热器夹层结构等效模型研究及数值分析

EQUIVALENT MODELS RESEARCH AND NUMERICAL ANALYSIS OF PLATEFIN HEAT EXCHANGER SANDWICH PANELS

摘要: 依据薄板小挠度弯曲变形理论和正交各向异性夹层板弯曲变形理论,对板翅式换热器这种特定的金属夹层结构进行等效模型研究,通过建立有限元等效模型的方法研究板翅式换热器的力学参数。使用有限元前处理软件Patran对换热器夹层结构进行几何简化并独立成具有代表性的胞元,在多种边界条件下,提取胞元的应变分量和弯曲内力。结合夹层板应力与应变的本构关系计算刚度矩阵,从而求出宏观等效弹性常数。通过该方法可以将板翅式换热器夹层板等效成连续材料的单层板单元,最后将等效计算模型的力学参数用于板翅式换热器的模态分析,并与模态实验分析结果进行对比,验证等效分析方法的合理性和有效性。

Abstract: This paper aims to investigate the equivalent model of the metal sandwich structure of platefin heat exchanger, which is based on the small bending deformation theory and orthotropic sandwich panel bending deformation theory. The equivalent mechanical parameters of the metal sandwich structure of platefin heat exchanger can be derived by making the finite element equivalent model. Using finite element pretreatment software Patran, the platefin exchanger sandwich structure is simplified and separated into a representative unit. The strain components and bending forces of the representative unit are simulated under duplicate constraints. According to the constitutive relations of the stress and strain of the sandwich panel, the stiffness matrix can be simulated, and then the macroscopic equivalent elastic constants are derived. Using this method, the platefin heat exchanger sandwich panel can be equaled into a continuous singleboard unit. Finally the mechanical properties of the equivalent model are applied to the mode analysis of the platefin heat exchanger. Comparing with the mode test results, the rationality and effectiveness of the equivalent analysis method are demonstrated.
