复合材料预成型体本体粉末定型剂的制备

摘要: 采用Cycom890树脂来制备粉末定型剂。根据树脂在不同温度下的恒温流变性能,选择150℃作为树脂的预聚温度。对不同预聚时间的树脂进行性能分析,结果表明随着预聚时间的延长,焓变和固化度近似线性增加,但树脂的软化点在2h附近会发生突变。在150℃下预聚1.5~2h的树脂,在室温时呈固态,可以研磨成粉末,并且软化点相对较低,适合作定型剂。90℃下的恒温流变曲线显示,制备的定型剂具有较长的使用寿命。

Abstract: One kind of powder sizing agent was prepared by Cycom890 resin. According to the rheology property, the prepolymerization temperature was setted at 150℃. The property of resin heated at different temperature was investigated. The results showed that the degree of cure and enthalpy change were approximately linear with the prepolymerization time. The softening point sharply rose when the prepolymerization time approached 2h. The best prepolymerization time was between 1.5h and 2h. In this condition, the resin was solid at room temperature and could be grinded to powder. The powder with low softening point was fit for composite powder sizing agent. The rheology curve of powder at 90℃ revealed that the using life was long.
