连续玄武岩纤维增强木质复合材料的研究

摘要: 采用真空辅助成型工艺(VARI)制备连续玄武岩纤维增强木材复合材料,通过测试其力学性能,分析了平纹6×6、平纹9×9、斜纹6×6、斜纹9×9等四种不同类型玄武岩织物的增强效果,结果显示平纹6×6玄武岩纤维布增强木材复合材料的综合力学性能最优。

Abstract: Vacuum assisted resin infusion was used to manufacture the BFRP/wood composite with four different types of basalt fabric including plain 6×6, plain weave 9×9, twill 6×6 and twill 9×9. The different reinforcing effects were analyzed by testing the mechanical properties. The results show that the plain 6×6 BFRP/wood composite has the optimum mechanical properties.
