公路埋地玻璃钢夹砂管车辆载荷下挠曲变形特性

摘要: 为深入探究公路埋地玻璃钢夹砂管在受路面非常规车辆荷载作用下的整管沿轴向的挠曲变形变化趋势,特设计室外车辆分等级配重静压试验方案,并通过ABAQUS数值模拟方法与实际工况采样数据进行比对,进而确定出与实际工况最符合的方法和模型,便可利用此结论推算出各填土高度情况下管道轴向任意位置的挠曲变形变化趋势,为玻璃钢夹砂管在公路推广使用中各工况条件下的功能稳定性提供可靠的分析基础。

Abstract: In order to study the axial deformation of FRPM pipe buried in highway under unconventional vehicle load, an outdoor static test was designed with the method of hierarchical load. Then, through the comparison of the result measured by ABAQUS and outdoor test, the model that could meet the actual working conditions was established. Finally, the axial deformation under every filling height was calculated. This work can provide the detailed and reliable theoretical basis for FRPM pipe applied in highway.
