国产MT700碳纤维复合材料螺栓连接强度实验研究

AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON BOLTED CONNECTION STRENGTH OF MT700 CARBON FIBER COMPOSITES

摘要: 对国产MT700与进口T700S碳纤维复合材料单螺栓连接结构的静拉伸强度进行实验研究,分析了两种材料的载荷-位移曲线特征、连接强度特性及破坏形式。实验结果表明:国产MT700/603层合板连接部位的承载能力及结构稳定性均优于进口T700S/603层合板,M5及M6单螺栓连接破坏强度分别提高了12%和10%;另外,国产MT700/603层合板胶-螺混合连接有效提高了整体连接强度和安全设计裕度,胶层破坏后,M5与M6单螺栓胶-螺混合连接剩余强度系数分别达到65%和88%。

Abstract: The connection strength, load-shift behavior and failure mode of single-bolted joint specimens for MT700 and T700S carbon fiber composites were investigated via static tensile-strength experiments. The MT700/603 laminates exhibit simultaneously superior load-carrying ability and structural stability. Meanwhile, their connection failure strengths for M5 and M6 single-bolted joint have increased by 12% and 10% compared to T700S/603 laminates, respectively. Moreover, the adhesive-bolted joint pattern of MT700/603 laminates could effectively improve their integral connection strength and structural safety margin. After adhesive layer failure, the residual strength coefficients for M5 and M6 adhesive-bolted joint were also as high as 65% and 88%, respectively.
