机翼上壁板半圆切单接头长桁端头压缩性能研究

摘要: 通过对机翼上壁板半圆切单接头长桁端头试验件进行轴向压缩测试,测得了整个试验件的载荷-应变曲线。试验结果表明,破坏主要集中在接头与长桁缘条连接区域第一排螺钉所对应的复合材料结构压溃断裂,与接头相连的长桁缘条发生长纤维断裂。建立了相应的有限元模型,因为有限元计算中未考虑损伤及刚度衰减,导致有限元分析结果比实际的试验结果略高。

Abstract: Compression tests were performed on semi-circle and single joint stringer end of wing upper panel samples. Load-strain curves through the strain flowers around the holes under axial compression load were obtained. The results show that breaks mainly appear on the area near the first row fasteners on joint and stringer flange. A finite element analysis model is established, for which the result is slightly higher than the experimental result because the damage and rigidity are not introduced during the finite element analysis.
