角效应引起的玻璃纤维增强PA66注塑件翘曲研究

摘要: 采用Moldflow对玻璃纤维增强PA66电器零件注塑成型进行翘曲分析,确认引起翘曲变形的主要原因是角效应,并通过CAE分析最佳浇口位置和浇口数量。结果表明,采用三点进浇注射成型使角效应引起的翘曲降低了56.216%,同时在尖角处获得了较好的玻璃纤维取向。

Abstract: Through analyzing an electrical molding part produced with glass fiber reinforced PA66 by Moldflow, the reason of warpage deformation caused by sharp corner effect was found. Then the best gate location was obtained under different gate number by CAE. The result showed that the warpage caused by the sharp corner effect significantly decreased by 56.216% by three-gating injection mold, and better fiber orientation was obtained on the sharp corner.
