摘要: 随着风电装机容量的不断增加,风电叶片的需求量也将随之增长,夹芯泡沫材料已呈现供不应求的态势。PET泡沫拥有PVC不可替代的优点,以力学性能优异、耐高温、可回收利用、成本较低等优势得到广泛关注。对PET泡沫的力学性能、工艺性能等进行了全面评估,并与PVC泡沫进行了平行对比,探讨了PET泡沫在风电叶片上的应用及前景。

Abstract: With the increasing of wind power installed capacity, the demand of wind turbine blades will grow, foam sandwich materials supply falls short of demand. PET foam has irreplaceable advantages compared with PVC ones, now PET foam has caught more attention due to its excellent mechanical performance, high temperature resistant, recyclable, and low cost advantage. The mechanical properties and processing propertpies were evaluated in this article by the parallel contrast with PVC foam. The application prospect of PET foam in the wind turbine blades in the future is also mentioned.
