风机叶片非均质截面属性计算

摘要: 在风机载荷计算软件Bladed中计算风机叶片载荷,是根据悬臂梁理论将叶片简化成一根悬臂梁。在Bladed软件中,创建风机叶片模型需要输入叶片相关截面的属性参数。主要运用工程力学基本原理,计算风机叶片截面属性;并应用计算机图形学知识,使用Matlab编程软件,开发了叶片截面属性计算软件,通过自动读取风机叶片结构铺层信息,可快速地计算输出叶片任意截面的属性参数。将由工程理论计算方法的计算结果与有限元计算结果对比,误差可在相关规范要求范围之内,验证了工程理论计算方法的可实用性。该叶片截面属性计算软件可为叶片结构设计人员提供高效的设计方法,可减少结构设计时间,有效地提高工作效率。

Abstract: In the bladed software for wind turbine load calculation, calculation of the loads of wind turbine blade is base on the cantilever beam theory, and the blade is treated as a cantilever beam. In the bladed software, it needs input some cross-section property of blade to create the wind turbine blade′s model. To calculate the cross-section property of blade,the basic principle of engineering mechanics was used in this text. Meanwhile, the computer graphics technology and Matlab which is a programming software to develop the calculating software of blade cross-section should be applied. This software can calculate random blade cross-section property by automatically reading the layer-up information of blade. This text compared the results of the engineering theory calculation method and finite element method, and the error can be accepted. This program of cross section property calculation can provide an efficient design method for structural engineer, and it also reduces the design time and improves the work efficiency.
