摘要: 模拟涵洞受力状态下的玻璃钢夹砂管进行室内疲劳试验,试验研究表明,玻璃钢夹砂管管涵经250万次疲劳加载后,承载力和环刚度降低不显著,没有发生分层开裂和脆断,完全符合公路涵洞实际应用要求。在室内疲劳试验基础上,提出了符合公路规范的玻璃钢夹砂管疲劳寿命的预测公式,并分析了影响玻璃钢夹砂管疲劳性能的因素,为玻璃钢夹砂管在公路涵洞推广使用中的耐久性设计提供了可靠的分析基础。

Abstract: Buried FRPM pipe culvert is a new kind of highway culvert type. Stress simulation of pipe culvert was carried out with indoor fatigue test, test results show that the strength and stiffness of FRPM pipe culvert was not significantly reduced under 2.5 million times of fatigue load, and layered peeling and brittle fracture phenomena do not appear, which could completely meet the requirement of the highway culvert application. This paper puts forward the fatigue residual stiffness in according with the highway standard, and the prediction formula of fatigue life calculation value is good agreement with the test results. This work provides reliable basis of the analysis for FRPM pipe in highway culvert of durability design.
